How to File a DMCA Notice

To file a copyright infringement claim, your notification must include the following:

4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address

6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Response and Removal Policy

Upon receiving a valid DMCA complaint, we will promptly:

• Review the claim

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material

• Notify the individual responsible for the content, if applicable

Counter-Notice Process

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature

• Identification of the material that has been removed and its original location

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake

• Your name, address, phone number, and email

• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your location

Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to terminate accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
