Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

1. Ownership Transfer
   Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership rights to the final approved logo design. This includes the rights to use, reproduce, and modify the design across all media and platforms for commercial and non-commercial purposes.
2. Creative Direction Retains Rights to Drafts
   All initial concepts, unused designs, rough drafts, mockups, or design elements presented during the development process remain the intellectual property of The Creative Direction and may not be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.
3. Portfolio & Promotion Rights
   The Creative Direction retains the right to display the final logo, as well as any non-selected concepts, in its portfolio, website, promotional materials, and social media platforms for self-promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Revisions & Edits
   Each package includes a limited number of revisions as specified. Additional revisions beyond this scope will be billed at a rate of $[insert hourly rate] per hour or as agreed upon in writing.
5. File Delivery
   Upon completion and final approval, the client will receive digital files in the following formats: JPG, PNG, PDF, and SVG (or as discussed). Files will be delivered in both full color and black-and-white versions.
6. Trademarking
   The Creative Direction does not provide legal trademarking services. It is the client’s responsibility to perform a trademark search and register the final logo with the appropriate government agency if desired. We are not liable for any trademark conflicts after final delivery.
7. Design Integrity
   The client agrees not to alter or manipulate the final logo design without prior consultation. Any unauthorized edits may void design guarantees or professional association with the work.
