What happens after I purchase?
You’ll be redirected to onboarding to share key details/assets and (for retainers) to schedule your kickoff session. We confirm scope, set priorities, and start execution.
Do you offer retainers and one-off projects?
Yes. Retainers provide ongoing strategy + execution each month. One-off projects are fixed-scope with a defined start/end and separate quote.
How fast is the turnaround?
Most standard tasks are completed in 2–4 business days. Larger builds or campaigns follow a project timeline. Rush is available on request.
How do I request work and track progress?
Use My Account → Support Tickets to submit requests, attach files, and track status. You’ll get email updates on every reply.
How many requests can I submit on a retainer?
As many as you like. We work through them based on your plan’s capacity and the priorities we agree on.
Do unused hours or deliverables roll over?
No—retainers reset monthly so we can maintain momentum and plan capacity.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes—NDA available on request. We treat all client information as confidential.
What access do you need?
Depending on scope: website admin, hosting/DNS (if applicable), analytics/ads accounts, and brand assets. Share credentials securely through our portal—please don’t email passwords.
Do you offer refunds?
Because we deliver time and expertise, we don’t offer refunds for partial months or completed milestones. We’ll always work with you to resolve issues quickly.
How does billing work?
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Retainers bill monthly starting on your start date. Project invoices follow the payment schedule in your proposal.
Can I cancel or pause a retainer?
You can cancel with 30 days’ written notice per the Retainer Agreement. Pauses are case-by-case and depend on schedule availability.
What about maintenance or support after launch?
For websites/automations, retainers include ongoing care as listed in your plan. For projects, we include a short post-launch warranty window for bug fixes; ongoing support can be added.
