1. Scope of Services

The Business Accelerator package includes:

• Monthly 60-minute strategy call (bi-weekly check-ins as needed).

• 15–20 custom design assets per month.

• 2 blog posts or SEO-optimized pages per month.

• Management of 2–3 marketing channels.

• Full website care, updates, and backups.

• Basic process documentation and implementation of 1–2 automations.

• Dedicated brand vault for all assets.

• Priority request queue with a dedicated project manager.

• Eligibility for content series development.

Services are delivered on a retainer basis. Specific timelines, campaigns, or deliverables may be mutually agreed upon during strategy calls.

2. Payment Terms

• The fee for this package is $2,500 per month, billed in advance.

• Payment is due on the 1st of each month unless otherwise agreed.

• Late payments of more than 7 days may result in paused services until payment is received.

• Unused hours or deliverables do not roll over into the following month.

3. Term & Termination

• This Agreement is month-to-month and continues until terminated.

• Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.

• Payments already made are non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to necessary information, approvals, and brand assets.

• Respond to requests and feedback within reasonable timeframes.

• Understand that delays in providing information may affect delivery schedules.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information received during the engagement.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, Client owns the final deliverables created under this Agreement.

• Consultant retains ownership of all pre-existing frameworks, tools, and processes used to deliver services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Consultant will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Consultant’s maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total fees paid by Client in the 30 days prior to the claim.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Virginia.
