2. Brand Hustle Terms

Brand Hustle™ is a proprietary content series and media platform of The Creative Direction. All interviews, digital materials, visual content, and media assets remain the property of The Creative Direction.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or alter Brand Hustle content without express written consent. Collaborative opportunities will be governed by a separate agreement outlining usage rights and deliverables.

3. Revisions Policy

All creative and strategic services are subject to a revisions policy defined in each client’s signed agreement. By initiating service with The Creative Direction, you acknowledge:

• Revision rounds are limited and clearly outlined in your agreement

• Additional revisions may incur added fees

• Final deliverables will only be released upon full payment

In the absence of a signed agreement, The Creative Direction reserves the right to define reasonable revision limits.

4. Payments & Refunds

All services require a deposit or full pre-payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final and non-refundable once work begins. This includes branding, design, strategy, and digital content services.

Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Website Use & Restrictions

You agree to use this site lawfully and ethically. You may not:

• Copy or resell site content or assets

• Interfere with or damage the site’s functionality

• Misrepresent your identity or use this site to harm others

We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate use if these terms are violated.

6. Liability Disclaimer

The Creative Direction is not liable for:

• Any business decisions, loss of income, or damages resulting from delays or outcomes associated with our services

• Technical issues, site outages, or third-party software limitations

All services are provided in good faith, with professionalism and transparency.
